WHAT WE AIM FOR

We have been pursuing our passion for animation and visual effects and creating high-end 3D visualizations for images, films, and interactive applications at our Vienna-based 3D concept house since 2004. Since 2016, we’ve been exploring real-time workflows and delving deep into the fantastic world of Unreal Engine. Our roots lie in advertising, which makes understanding our clients’ needs much easier and helps us make consumers’ digital wishes come true.

SENIOR 3D ARTIST / TEAMLEAD WITH UNREAL-EXPERTISE

Full time, hybrid

Your Mission

You’re passionate about visually striking 3D experiences and want to shape interactive, future-forward projects. As a Senior 3D Artist, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team and work at the intersection of art, design, and technology. Together with us, you’ll implement creative and technical standards at the highest level.

Your Responsibilities

Leading, coaching, and developing the 3D artist team
Independently creating, reviewing, and ensuring the quality of assets (environments, props, VFX)
Building and optimizing the CG pipeline and workflows
Close collaboration with the design lead and developers
Implementation in Unreal Engine: material setup, lighting, blueprint work
Ensuring real-time performance: Nanite, VRAM management, etc.

Your Profile

At least 5 years of experience as a 3D artist, including 1–2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 (materials, real-time lighting)
Basic knowledge of Blueprint scripting
Technically skilled in hard- and soft-surface modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing (e.g., Blender, Maya, Substance Painter)
Experience with optimization for real-time applications (Nanite, VRAM, material cost, lighting techniques)
Leadership skills with experience in agile working methods and tools
Proactive, solution-oriented work approach
Very good German and English skills (at least B2 level)

Nice to Have

Experience in Blueprint scripting or C++
Shader or VFX development
Experience in virtual production, AR, or ArchViz
Sculpting skills (e.g., ZBrush)
